1964 PCGS Jefferson PR69 Need help in valuing coin

I have a 1964 PCGS PR69 Jefferson. Listed on PCGS Pop Report as only 7 higher. Can any Jefferson Collectors help me determine value of this coin. Dealer told me this was a $200+ coin. Is that a correct valuation of this coin?

    If the dealer will pay $200 GRAB IT! This is a $25-$35 coin. There are only 7 higher (one of which I desperately need) , but there are about 150 in PR69. Of course, if it were cameo or deep cameo it would be worth more.
