Russ... my opinion? My opinion is if you slab this, you'll have to start saying to newbies:

"Got any proof 2 cents?"

Looks nice... but about the stain on the rev... it also looks like some green chalky crud at 4-6 o'clock on the reverse?

hi russ, the details appear to be xf however the stain on the back takes away from the looks, you should be able to find another one that looks as good as this, without the stain.

Take my opinion with a grain of salt. I stink at grading from pictures. If the others say EF40-45, so be it. I'll go with the majority.

However, it didn't look that different to me at first glance than a PCGS AU55 (brown) I once had.
The stain detracts a little. It doesn't completely kill the coin's eye appeal, though, IMHO.

45. looks like either a scratch or die crack on the reverse below the wreath.

XF might go AU but the stain and green discoloration is distracting.

i agree w/ solid xf. the "we" is (in my exp.) found stronger on the '67 than the '64.
