bust dime expert wanted

Michael just informed me that my 1814 large date bust dime might have an important diagnostic; a reverse cud at 3PM. Can anyone verify this? Thanks in advance, Eugene

the cud actually looks like a fingertip coming in from the side covering the ERIC in AMERICA. On the obverse in the same spot above, the 4th and 5th stars are gone from a weak strike(failing die?)-the rest of the coin is vf with beautiful original toning!
