Heritage Auction Help Needed

Hi, I am new to the Heritage Auction thing. I was trying to find out what the PCGS MS70 1997 SMS Jefferson Nickel sold for this evening, and how many bids it brought. It was LOT 1604, I think.

Thanks Ahead Of Time For Your Help. image
I am looking for any PCGS MS 70 Silver Eagle.

It's got about 300 lots to go yet, still in the 5800's.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

    $850.
  • Was that $850 before the upcharge or with it ? Can you tell who was the high bidder on it?

Sorry for my ignorance, but this is my first atempt, at the Heritage Live Auction. I never could get it to come up live. Better luck next time, I hope. image

When I tuned back in they were at lot 6107 the sms was lot 6104. I wasn't real impressed with it anyway so I wasn't bidding.

$850 before any added charges. It was won buy a floor bidder so it could be someone thru the heritage site or a live floor bidder.
Here is the auction result on eBay.

I don't ever bid live. It goes too fast & makes me dizzy. I put in my bid ahead of time on eBay's or Heritage's site.
That was a lot of $$ for that buyer. By the time he added the fees it cost over $1,000. I can see spots on it and it was from PCGS's generous years so who knows if it was really a 70. Probably a Registry Set collector that bought it for the numerical grade.
