excuse my ignorance

but are the 5 cent Euro's stamped like american coins. Where if you turn the design north to south or south to north the design is right side up? I hope this makes sense.

  • Euros and Canadian coins are two examples of coins that have medal alignment. If you flip the obverse over left to right, or vice versa, the reverse is right side up. U.S. coins are in coin alignment. If you flip a U.S. coin over left to right, or vice versa, the reverse is upside down. image
