I just received a coin in the mail today I bought on E-Bay. It was a low feedback user, but everybody has to start somewhere. First of all the coin came in an envelope with no return address, it came wrapped in newspaper and here is a picture of the coin in the auction and what I received. I have E-Mailed the seller telling him I want to return the coin, but thought I'd share here..

It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

Edited to add: Maybe he carried it in his pocket to the post office.

Difference? What difference? I don't see a difference
Check out the nice rim ding in the coin he sent you.

Not true... notice the skirt lines... they're in the sellers picture, but not Marty's... different coin
I think he was being facetious.

And I'd say that's a VG Walker. Really though, that's a pretty scummy thing to do. That has to be the worst bait and switch I've seen yet. I agree with Russ. He probably doesn't have a scanner and just "borrowed" a picture. He should refund the whole amount. Please keep us up-dated on what happens.
Sorry about your loss - some ebay sellers should be drawn and quartered!
