The superstring theory of sub-nuclear quantum physics is gaining credibility based on the cosmic study of how the universe was formed, prior to the Big Bang -- that is, when the universe was a 10 dimentional universe so dense it would fit neatly inside a proton.
I had my sights on three items on ebay tonight- a digital camera, a WL half, and a book.
I got outbid on the camera by .01- I hope that sniper's fingers cramp up.
I lost out on the half- the winner set a high max. bid and I couldn't surpass him. I tried 3 times, and time ran out. Yeah, I tried to snipe it.
The book didn't have S&H posted, and there was no time to email the seller. I should have realized that earlier. It was a cheap book, but I didn't want to be stuck with $5.00 S&H, or something.
Whew!! Some nights it's not even worth logging on.
