Here's a link to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) with regard to a hazard with the Coolpix 2000 digicam. I personally don't own one, but I know there are many board members who do. Let's try to keep this at the top for the benefit of those who need it.

don't know nothing about nikon cameras, but for a secon there, i thought the titles was RECALL OF NIXON DIGITAL CAMERAS. now THAT would be an intriguing caption .....

The Nixon digital cameras were all recalled because they kept mysteriously erasing the flash memory cards.
