About 8 ms65dmpl CC Morgans went for about 2-3x latest transaction/auction prices. What is crazier is that they are common date high pop coins! And they were bought by floor bidders. When I see this type of stuff i back off. No CC common Morgan is worth $1,000+ after the juice.

TRUTH
Graysheet & price guides are for Teletrade, eBay & sight unseen DMPLs. True DMPL, especially nice ones, are like monster toners, there are no price guides for them.
I don't know about all those reed marks on the face but the people that saw it in person saw something really positive & appealing about it. The frost is really thick & heavy.
a pcgs ms 65 dmpl 84 cc is one of the strickest coins graxded 65 66 at pcgs now i am sure with human graders and grading being an art not a science there will always be disagreements!
but be that as it may a really nice fully original 84 cc dmpl pcgs 65 that has great eye appeal fantastic eye appeal and is high end in the holder with other certian charasticicts like maybe even the beginning of a halo then i could see this coin bringing 1000 easy but i would need to see this coin in person and it would have to knock me out!
and of course someone may think it is a 66! now for me if a coin has the above charasticicts then i would rather pay 1000 for this coin than an average 66 dmpl that is 2500!
now a great 84 cc pcgs 66 dmpl that is hi end a monster that to me is a 3800 coin!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but as with the above example the coin would have to walk and tLK TO ME!!!!!!!!!1 and have the look and the loook is something i cant explains but show me a coin within my speciality and i will tell you if it has the look....... well at least to me..........lol
only buy great coins!!!!!!!1 only collect for fun!!!!!! coins are a fun hobby coins are not an investment again just my opinion but in the end all that matters is what you think! and then do what you think and if what you think doesnot meet YOUR expectatinos then time for a change!
sincerely michael
