I won these two auctions and I have never submitted anything to PCGS. In your opinion are these two worth submitting? And if so what would you grade them. Thank you for the help!

There's two sides to every coin, and both are important for grading. The obverses look nice, but without reverse scans, it's not possible to offer an assessment.

I just wouldn't do it. PR69DCAM's in PCGS are selling routinely for about $20.00 a pop. Unless you're submitting them with a bunch of other stuff I don't see a return on your grading fees/postage.

It depends, though Pat. If one is submitting them as part of building their set, it's kind of fun to do it that way and it actually saves a couple bucks off market prices. These are $10 moderns after all. But, you're right, if the goal is profit there isn't much upside.
