By the way, if he hadn't shilled it, it would have closed at like $25. When I relisted, it closed fairly at $45. Glad I waited.

People have a tendency to get a little uptight whan trades aren't completed in a timely manner.

Doesn't help your rep if you know what I mean.

Of couse things happen that can cause a delay or two....

Now with that being said....

It does help to ease someones concern when.....

E-mails are returned...

A simple explanation given as to why the delay...

Etc...Etc....

I think you know what I'm referring to!!!!

Now how about a response!!!!!
