what i really want to know is why? i like the situation in detroit right now and if u ask me, i'd rather stay there than go to denver.
maybe it's the playing time.

PISTONS: The Detroit Pistons are again actively exploring options with regards to Rodney White, mainly at his request. The Pistons have entertained talks with Portland, and most recently with Denver. Word is the Pistons are trying to return Don Reid, in exchange for White. It seems other players may be involved in the deal (the rights to Chinese center Mengke Bateer and the first-round draft pick obtained from Milwaukee last year in the Scott Williams trade), and Reid by rule can not be traded in a package deal until after October 1st, as he was acquired in trade from Orlando. The Nuggets have refused to comment on trade speculation to the media, but league sources say White is exactly the kind of guy the Nuggets have been looking for. The Pistons have also opened talks regarding Hubert Davis, but Pistons sources say Hubert simply wants to play and Coach Carlisle may have a spot for him…
