  • Congratulations! I never realized how tough MS Ikes were until recently. I think your fame will last more than 15 minutes...
  • Well it will last until PCGS finds the glitch in the computing system so enjoy it while you can Eddy! Good looking set regardless of the numbers and position. Parabéms! Dave
  • I get it now, software glitch. Still it looks like you have just completed your set. And it still looks like a tougher set than I first imagined. Congrats anyway image

Good move to print and frame it. You can get 'em pedigreed now! image

    Congratulations!
  • Wow, I freaked out for a second until I figured out
    what happened!

I'm used to someone jumping to the front with my Walker
set but with Ikes (and the low populations) you usually
see people coming from a long way off.

Congrats at making it to the top though image
(now if you can just keep James S from letting PCGS know image )

Yes! I remember right as PCGS was allowing 2001 coins into the Registry (last December or so) I was able to freeze my MintState Kennedy set as number 1 !
Of course it only stayed that way for a few hours until PCGS finished updating ALL the other sets and firmly put me back in my place.

  • Carl,
It's really funny because the average grade is bigger than the biggest grade in IKES.
After validate the coins bought from Typetone I conclude that he sold to me the "magic coins".
As I said 15 minutes of lights until the computers guys fix the software calculation.

    Dave,
Thanks, finally I finished this set after almost 2 years. The actual position will be around the #15.

    Dpoole,
Thanks. I will request the Pedigree in the next 5 minutes.

    Khayse,
Thanks, I expend two minutes to breath regurlaly after see the set in the top.

    Braddick,
Good memory. In that time I validate my sets in the very first moment and during 3 days I had 5 sets in 1st. Place.

Anyway, I'm very happy in complete one more set.

Egsantos, I know that you have spent a tremendous amount of time and money on your sets and you and your son have accomplished a lot both together and for the hobby--------congratulations-----------------------------------BigE
    I'm glad I am a Tree
  • Cladking,
Thank you. That was a very good week. I finished the Ike set, with a big help of Typetone, and put the Kennedy Proof in the Top 5 position. To accomplish my initials goals I need put the Ike set in the top 10 and complete the Kennedy set with 100% of DCAM. I just need one more coin (1966 SMS PRDCAM).

    Big E,
I'm glad in hear you. Yes, a lot of time and money but I'm feel rewarded. Now I count with a lot of news friends and really nice collections to enrich the conversation during long time.

    Cheers,

    Edson
