PQpeace purchases at B&M auction last night

Here are the links to my 2 purchases last night.
I went with JOM and had a nice time viewing the lots and bidding on a few.

I won an NGC...Don't tell anyone 1891 cc ms65pl morgan
and
a 1924 ms66 ++ peace dollar.

I have not purchased any NGC dollars in a long time.
I could not resist this one.
A very clean 91cc..holder says PL...PCGS will probably disagree.
But still under BID for a 65 !
will it cross ? or not ??

Think my 24p will have a chance for a 67 ?

Larry, from the scans, I love that 24-P Peace $! That is a super looking coin. Unfortunately, I don't think the Morgan would make PL at PCGS Even the auction description says "Somewhat PL". It just seems nice and clean to me, but not PL.

Still, looks like you did great!

Hi Baseball,

The 24p was purchased sight seen.
I was there
The auction was in Beverly Hills .

I only have 1 other 66 at this time.
I have looked at about 50 66's in the last 4 years,and probably 47 of them were 65+++ coins.
A real 66 is very hard to find in my opinion.
I only paid 598.00 for it including the juice.
Ask is 550..so not a bad deal for a nice pq coin.
A 67 will cost at least $5500.00 if you can find one.

Thanks..I have no problems with the 24p..but am a bit nervous about the 91cc.
I will have it in about 10 days..I hope....and will look it over in my OWN lighting conditions
I hope it will cross.

Unfortunately, the company where I work is busy at an industry trade show, so I am filling in for some of the other guys and I couldn't really have taken any time off, so I will just be in Long Beach probably Saturday. I don't think I will go Sunday, unless I find a good reason to.

Steve (rkfish) told me that he would be there probably with you on Thurs-Sat, so I will try look for you guys, or you can look for me.
