    Kobe Bryant with 13th pick in 96-97..
    Van Exel in second round in 93-94
    Rashard Lewis in second round in 98-99

    Dennis Rodman in the 2nd round was probably the biggest steal in recent years. Here are some other huge steals IMO:
    Arvydas Sabonis, Elden Campbell, and A.C. Green were each the last pick in the 1st round.
    Nick Van Exel was a 2nd round pick. IIRC, so was Cliff Robinson.
    Vlade Divac was the 2nd to last pick in the 1st round.

    Here is how dirk got stolen. I am a Bucks fan so I know the story...

    Bucks drafted Dirk. Bucks really wanted Tractor Trailor though. So the Bucks trade Dirk and some other guy (i forget his name but he is on the magic and he is really good at 3's...lol) for Tractor. Smart move...eh?

    how was mj a steal? he was a top 3 pick and sam bowie was better than mj in college at the time. Hakeem is a sure hall of famer aswell. I think kobe was a steal, because he was picked 13th and now look at where he's at.

    The best all around NBA player in the history of the game was a gigantic steal at #3 in the draft. He would have been a steal at #2 in any draft in the history of the draft.
