Problems with “My Collection” on Heritage site

Is anyone else having problems viewing images of coins that you’ve purchased from Heritage at their “My Collection” site? Where there was previously scans of the coins there is now boxes with X’s in them. This is not for all coins, but only the ones that I’ve purchased earlier in the year. I’ve not received a response from Heritage about this.

I find the whole “My Collection” on Heritage site to be quirky! The format sucks.
