Sending coins for grading?

I would like to send some coins off for grading. Some are pre-1950 and some are post-1950. Can I use the same submission form for all the coins and add a second line for the difference in price from pre to post?

Sure, as long as your post-1950 are pre-1965. The cutoff is 1965 for moderns.

But no, you can't mix-n-match on one invoice.
