I don't buy Walking Libertys but I have had nothing but positive experiences with David Lawerence Rare coins...Nice website setup and you can view pics of most of the coins.....There is a link to their website under the authorized dealers on PCGs's website.

  • I have been pleased with both Miller's Mint and Jakes Marketplace. Most of Miller's Mint's coins are not slabbed but they do grade conservatively and their warranty is superb. Worth reading the warranty provisions - wish all dealers would have the same T's and C's. Jakes has more slabbed material than Miller's Mint. Their warranty is also better than the typical warranty. I think their grading is also top notch.

Miller's Mint seems to be less expensive than Jakes but I never did an objective comparison to verify my impression.

I think you would be pleased with both.

In fact, I find I spend hours looking at the coins in David Lawrences website, R&I coins and even David Hall and try to figure how can I buy these pieces...........Hours just fly right on by....

You might give Rare Coins of New Hampshire a shot. Quality can't be beat, but they are a little pricey.
  • I check the Heritage and Bowers & Merena web sites for Walkers periodically- have had many transactions with Heritage and never returned or been dis-pleased with any of them. B & M has a good reputation but I have never dealt with them. Bidding on coins in an auction is also a plus for me. Good Luck!
careful- that light at the end of the tunnel might be a freight train!
