Was there some dissatisfaction with them earlier this year? Spots and streaks? I got a 2002 the other day from the mint and it looked flawless. Do the spots appear later ?

    I heard some people were unhappy with quality, but cannot remember why. I'm very happy with mine.

    I remember dissatisfaction with Proof sets. Many were not happy with the quality of proof sets, but I was very happy with mine.

    I got one early in the year and one just last month and they look pretty identical in quality to me. Did anyone buy and receive the mint's offer on back silver sets before they pulled them because of spots? Kris
