Question about 1964 clad dimes

Dose anyone have any information on how rare these coins are? I would also like to know what one might be worth. While searching some silver dime rolls this evening, I found a 1964 dime that looks to be on a clad planchet. I checked in my Breen's and the only informatiuon there was that some were made.

Also, be sure to look for any tooling around the "4" in 1964 in case it was a 1969 that was altered. Or another date that was altered.
