What if the PCGS graded Walkers with a FH designation?

I've heard it argued that the major grading companies should grade strike on Walking Liberty Halfs. If a "Full Hand" designation was to come about, which Walkers would be toughest to find in FH?

The 1940-S has the weakest center. Most are completely flat in the center with much of the design missing. The 1920-S is also a tough one.
I think that if the PCGS was to give such a designation, the coin would have to be well struck throughout. Any weakness in strike would preclude the grade.

Yep, it's for real.
or feaseable to do so. Full step Jeffersons caught on with the help of the PAK club started by
the original pakman Adoph Weiss and the help of Richard and Susan Sisti. I do not know who
may have backed the full band Mercury dimes or the full bell line Franklin designations. Are there FH WLHD collections out there in the grassroots waiting for recognition from PCGS and other grading companies? I'm very certain that astute WLHD collectors pay particular close attention to these very aspects of their coins.
Yes, it would be great if they did.
