It looks like a piece of candy.

I'll bet that is one pretty coin. Love those old copper toners.

I viewed the coin yesterday (along with quite a few others) in L.A. It is very pretty and I will be bidding on it. Sorry that anyone else likes it

Mark,
Since you'll be bidding on it, I'll step aside. It didn't quite fit in my registry set anyway.

Thanks, Russ. I will return the favor and not bid on the next Kennedy I see that I like (sacrifices, sacrifices)

Gorgeous coin, I missed that one. Did anyone here have the opportunity to view
this
coin in person from the Goldberg pre-LB?
And does anyone know what this
1872 MS IH
sold for in the Stacks auction? They're very slow with the prices realized.

Candy?
Hmm... yeah.
Eye
candy. That's a beaut, for sure.

Hi Paul,
I viewed it and did not make note to bid on it. I can't remember why, but it must not have looked like it did in the photo or I would definitely be bidding on it. Still, I realize that people frequently see the same coin differently.

Thanks Mark -- that's good enough for me.
