There are three other 'respected grading companies' out there? ANACS and NGC are the only other grading services outside of PCGS IMO.

The guy probably had ICG PR 69 DCAMs to start, then crossed them...

I saw the set when it first appeared and I didn't know what to think of it.
For some life lasts a short while, but the memories it holds last forever.

Too new (2002 Silvers) for them to be crosses. My hunch is that these coins hazed over and that's why they got stuck at 67 grades.
