When someone is selling does the seller usually send first/same time? The way I remember selling is that the buyer sends first? Also this person claims its like trading, but last time we traded I never recieved the card I supposed to...

buyer sends... the goods are sent upon receipt of cash. thats the way it is.

Buyer sends money... when the seller receives it... they let the buyer know and mail out.

Yeah that's the way it goes. Especially if this guy ripped you off before why would you send at the same time???
