I was wondering when PCGS was going to redo the Large Cent Registry. I for one like the varieties and could complete it save for about 4 coins which maybe two to eight are known and those have "problems" which will never holder.

Which brings me to my second question: Will PCGS consider net grading copper??

    PCGS already "net grades" some copper. You only have to take a look at some of the planchets on slabbed Chain Cents to see that.

    Last I heard it was this fall, but I'm sure its been pushed to the back burner since there are less than 10 collectors registered in the large cents and in the little sisters combined. It would be nice to see them revised.

    I truly hope they go in that direction for more of the old coppers. With some of the years having poor strikes, poor quality of copper etc. its hard to find the coins. I've collected my share of body bags over the last year.
