Does it say "Silver Certificate" anywhere on it?
If so thats what it is.
Bills used to be redeemable for the face value in silver so they were called Silver Certificates.
In that condition your bill is worth $5.00

Hey Jason
Id be interested in trading for that, ill trade up to $20 worth of cards, have a wantlist? I do not think that is a silver certificate, jsut older. Probably from the 1940's? Ill buy it for $10 as well, since condition is poor.
