Also id like to announce that TR has plans to showcase our TR members local card shops. Do you have a local card shop you enjoy going to? If so tell us about it, tell us why you like it, what good cards you have pulled there, what makes the store so good? If possible take a picture of the store/or you in the store and attatch it to your story and email it to Johnscottanthony@hotmail.com. I will be doing the story of my local cardshop next week. All stories will be showcased on TR's Homepage. It should be lots of fun!

We have 3 monthly contest for you guys to look forward to. These 3 contest will be held each month and will be accompanied with some great prizes.
TR Trader of the Month-
Contest held to recognize the most active trader/the trader who sends cards packed correctly and in a timely fashion and displays good communication. Uses the TR agreement page and leaves feedback upon a completed trade.
TR MVP-
This was a contest started by Johnsauc. Great contest that rewards the TR member who shows support of TR, is outgoing, respectable to his/her tr members/ remains active/ follows the rules and helps to bring new members into the site.
TR Best Trader Page award-
The TR staff will look over each members TR trader page that they designed and choose each month the best looking and formatted page.
Scans of cards for trade is always a plus, as is how easy it is to access information.

Each contest winner will be announced first week of every month. "Tr members" will vote for their TR trader of the month. THe "TR Staff" will choose the TR MVP and TR Trader page winners.

We have added a referal line to our TR online application. If you refer a trader to TR and they complete their required trades,(meaning they complete their "trader in training" role and become a regular member) we will give you a point. The TR member with the most referal points after 3 months will get 25.00 worth of unopened packs. Mpower will be keeping record of the referals and will inform the TR staff of the winner every 3 months. The first winner will be announced on Dec-1-02. So get some of your "best" trader buds to apply and make sure they leave your name as a referal!

HI JSA how is it going?
I have a shop in Buena Park, CA that I go to that would love to have the TR logo I am sure. I am in constant contact with the workers and the owner there. I have told u about this store a few times and I get GU and autos galore from there.

Some of the best I pulled from there:
Jordan/Bird SP Game Floor Gold Floor #'d 36/100 bv 600
Kobe 01-02 UD Ovation Superstars Warm-Ups auto bv 250
Aikman/E. Smith 01 Donruss Elite Throwback Threads #'d to 50 bv 200.

The best day I had there at the store was getting 26 GU and 3 autos in one day.
I also pulled 25 GU and 3 autos another day.

It seems like every time I walk into the store for my major spending days I don't walk out of the store without pulling less than a minimum 12 GU cards.

Sure I pull my fair share of autos and RC but heck u know me the reason why I am nicknamed the Pull King on TR is because the store owner gave me that nickname.

Well... auto you might say ouch. But just like me I have been a member here for 2 years. Yea I was a member here before the big change. When CU "sucked". So I have the right to say "shut-up" about TR. As you say ^ It's a free forum. I'm not worrying about your post, as for "doing a successful trade for a change" I have done many good Trade's on CU. Some with TR members!

So... you so ouch I say.... I don't care what JSA says.
