Would you buy a colorized coin from the Mint?

    Boy, aren't we an opinionated bunch.

    If you're talking strictly about the painted and enameled coins, then no.

    If it includes the "struck" hologram coins, then yes.

    If that makes me a non-purist novice and/or pedestrian collector, or any other "judgemental" adjectives used, well I suppose I could offer a blinda$$ opinion about that too.

    Even if I wanted one (which I don't) I wouldn't buy it from the mint, QVC or any other overpriced pseudo-dealer. The after-market will place a true value on the item anyway.
    Buy the coin...but be sure to pay for it.

    PLEASE, DO NOT COLOR YOUR COINS! Or should I say our coins (Talking ot the mint)
