Before i saw it was ibn a PCGS holder, i thought it might be PVC, but they'll bodybag PVC coins.
When i looked at the Scan, though, i only saw a greenish tinge, nothing i'd really notice. Get a better opinion from a copper guy

Possibly some chemical reaction to the copper (turns green) that occurred after it was slabbed???
