Where is everyone? I find myself searching for old controversy threads just to have something entertaining to read.

We all did our September 11th moment of silence, it was respectful for the most part, now let's get back into the groove.

this forum is like everything else, it tends to go around in circles with certain topics--or lack of--seeming to dominate. do you remember about 1-2 months ago when it seemed to be about last second sniping and who was the king?? currently the topics that seem to be most posted are anything by its4real and anything having to do with PCGS vs. NGC. it's just a generalization , but certain things appear to strike a common cord and then run their course.

Keets, I do know what you mean. There does seem to be a topic du jour, I am just not interested in the one du jour.

Oh well, I guess I'll go back under my rock and try not to stir the pot too much. I don't want to become the next topic du jour

i think you should stir the pot if it's starting to get that nasty film on the top!! my perception is that part of the problem here is that there's too many who are afraid to state THEIR truth at the risk of offending someone or being ostracized. not me!! it's kinda like the eBay feedback system where a neg is avoided cause a buyer/seller is afraid of retaliation. that's pure BS in my book---call a spade a spade!!

i remember when i first logged on here that truthteller would post a simple one or two line reply that cut right to the heart of whatever the topic was. that's refreshing, honesty without compromise. i believe that can be done here without getting nasty and offensive if we all just observe some simple etiquette and mutual respect.
