1973-D roosevelt clad layers misssing?

If a roosevelt dime of this year appears to be missing both clad layers & have a thickness half of a regular dime. Would this be considered a major error? Also what would the value of such a coin be worth? I thank you for any input.

Yes that would be a nice error if it's actually missing the clad layer but coins that have been buried or dipped in acid can have this same appearence to someone unfamiliar with them. Can you show a picture of it ? mikeimage
