It took some work, and it will take continued work to Keep my set up-to-date. I started out wanting only the PR69DCAM silver quarters, but I decided to get the PR69DCAM clad proofs, too. The set includes all flag holders. I know buy the coin not the holder, but what if the coin is in the holder? I'm up-to-date with the required, and still need to the 2002 Silvers, and I will get them shortly. I just don't want to be the first on the block because the prices should go down before they increase (if they increase). Anyway there is a link below. If you have any advice on photo improvements, please let me know.

I do understand they may never go up in value and my even decrease with time; however, as you said, "will still be a nice set though." And, it is a fun set to put together.
This is the first set I have started working on in over 25 years!
I learned long ago when I sold off many of my sets. When trying to sell sets all the dealers wanted was the "key and semi-key coins." This set is different in the fact that it is renewing interest in people whom never thought of collecting!
I think my next effort will be MS65 and better Mercury dimes. I have a few really nice ones!
