well if the number on that mcgwire is #401 u either got the year wrong and its his 85 topps rc bv60 or its really wierd it has the same number lol but mostlikely the 85 topps rc

According to the beckett almanac, the pins range in price from 5 cents to 3 dollars, most are
in the 50 cents range.

According to the beckett the 85 McGwire mini doesn't exist. I really need more info on this.
Does it look like his 85 RC? What are the years and numbers of these cards.
