PCGS or NGC Regular Issue MS70?

Has either PCGS or NGC ever graded a regular issue coin MS70? What was it?

Just curious...

    Yes, there have been a number of these from a few years ago when it was generally agreed (by us here at any rate! image ) that their standards were more lax. PCGS currently will not grade any MS-70 coins, but NGC will do it now and then.
