If you like taking a chance. No idea if that one is the real thing thou. I have seen just the envelopes for sale on ebay before so you need to be carefull. Ask Russ he should know about them.
I just don't believe this one is unopened. These are so easy to steam open and then reseal (remember that child's glue that was honey colored with the rubber tip applicator?).
I buy quite a few unnopened sets, but never one at a time; only in groups. To me, it just isn't worth the hassle of buying one set.
Odds are slim of a score, even buying in groups. Out of a couple hundred sets, I've found maybe ten cameo'd halves, and a small smattering of Accented Hairs. Did find four tasty Roosies that all went DCAM in one batch of ten, but that happens very, very rarely.
PS: I just looked at the scan in this auction. Either it's a pic of an earlier set, or it's a replacement envelope. Without exception, every 1964 set I've seen had the zip code on it.
EDIT: Hehe, I guess I should have looked at the auction title. It's a 1963 set.
That's a 1963 set. The auction says so and so does the lower left hand side of the envelope. I didn't know these had zip codes on them. What am I missing?

2 Cam-Slams!
1 Russ POTD!
But, for $10.00 I guess it's fun, just in case.
