Now here's a shocker, a US District judge has ruled that Paypal rules are
unfair and refused to dismiss a class action suit against them.

Seres them right. I've never had to go to it, but i've heard over and over how unfair they are.

Well lookie here....looks like PayPal's lawyers are already keeping busy on a class action suit already filed against them.....

The interesting thing will be when PayPal and eBay are merged together. Before when you had a problem they would tell you to take it up with the other. Who will they blame now?
