It depends. If you just want to tuck it away raw, sure. I mean it only cost a couple bucks. If your intent was to send it in for grading, I doubt it would go better then 67, which would put the value at less then the cost of getting it slabbed.
In 69DCAM, these are readily available for under $20.
I just bought a lot of 73,79,81 proof sets. Many, many of the coins exibit this caked on frost. Why post??? Had noticed the same break in the frost on several of the JFK's. What's up with that area???
I'll let you in on a little secret. I bought dozens of the coins in this series raw at a few bucks each, as part of the learning process. It's a cheap education. That's one of the nice things about moderns. The lessons are inexpensive.
