Silver vs Clad proof sets.....

newbie question time. I assume that the silver proof sets will have silver noted somewhere on the package. IS this correct? Also could you give any tips when looking for a good proof set?

The modern silver proof sets are marked (on case also).
Of course the old ones aren't noted (Pre-1970)
