The Key date Barber quarters are not suprisingly, plentiful in these lower grades (I guess along with ALL Barber coins!).
Neat coin and accurately graded. If the obverse looked like the reverse you'de have the perfect PO01- the Holey Grail of Low Grade.

So cool, but really, it's scratched and you can't make it a PQ for the grade....shame about that FR02 obverse not being any worse-you'd get the glorious PO01 perhaps w/o the scratches.

You could crack it out and put it in your pocket for a month, then resubmit it.
