What if ACG had a Coin Registry

Would everyone with a 18th century type set be tied for 1st place
with a grade average of MS -69? the little bear

LIttlewicher - Even a little bear knows , that ACG will only grade up to PR or MS 73. Geeez the
ignorance of some humans. Bear

But to get serious for a moment, if some 3rd party company were to establish a new Registry,
how would that effect the two currant ones?
