hey i herd that the canadian PO was runing slow, i bought something off ebay a little while ago and he said he sent almost 2 weeks ago and i still havent gotten the card, should it have gotten here by now, or should i expect it beging of this week? also what should i do if it doesnt come?

Dont worry yet- id give it one more week. Anything from another country can take a while and i forgot what part of the country you are in but my advise is too just wait a little bit more.

Plus things comming from outside the US right now are probably going slow
because of the 9/11 date comming up. They are probably inspecting more
then before.

it is probably being held up by customs. Is it just a single card? or a larger package? I have been waiting on a package from the US that i know was sent at the end of july... but.. i think that customs are holding it right now...lol. Usually for small bubble mailers... mine gets to the US in a week to 10 days.
