Something strange going on?

I was looking at a couple of auctions, and these 2, by the same seller, caught my eye. These normally don't sell for anything CLOSE to what they are bid up to. Any thoughts?

  • looks like the guy has bought this kind of roll from the seller before and found a few gems and is returning for more. Maybe he just like the thrill of the speculation - like gambling

In the expensive auction the seller says the ends are toned. The "T" word makes buyers come off their money.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
  • Cool I just bought 6 rolls of those obw'd for around $40, looks like I could double my money.
