Thanks for the heads up on this beauty. Pretty good strike and nicely centered too! I wish I hadn't sold my off planchet coins. Of course, this ones a little to rich for me anyway. It sure is pretty. Mark

Hey that's really cool. It lookes like an ugly toned nic until you read the descrip. Off metal strikes are rare no matter what the year.

There is an awesome collection of errors in the upcoming Rarities Sale. There are some real neat wrong planchet Franklins, multiple Buff's, a couple of off center Morgans and a broken planchet Morgan (with both pieces).
