Need some help on this Card, Deals with football

A trader wants to trade me this card but it's one that Beckett will not put a value on .
I don't know that much about football, so what would be a fair trade value on it.
Only the first 25 are signed the other 50 are not and they book at $120.
Also why is the John Riggins cards in this set in Beckett booking $20 more then the Starr, Namath,
Marino and Elway, with the same print run of 50 or 75 total?

    Riggins sings wayyyyyyy less then those guys. I think some guy sold one of these on ebay from here a while back. Id give it AT LEAST $500 bv. Im not any expert so i'm sure someone else will ahve better info

    The card books more because John Riggins autographs are low volume, there aren't that many of them out there in population , where the other three mentioned have been signing on subsets for years.

    As for the trade;;;; what I would do is wait at least a couple more issues of Beckett. Then maybe all the info I needed would be in there.

    Also go to Ebay and see what the card, if any have gone for.
    Just my 2 cents.

    I don't recall seeing many Riggins items on eBay or offered for any kind of trade on sites i go to...I'd say thats the cause of the value being higher...many sets offer the biggest names in the game and leave out stars like Riggins in that sort of set because they figure they are offering what the people want most...I'd personally call it a fluke caused by the lack of items and if they start producing more of Riggins the value will not be there on an item like that...If your looking to get it for a quick turn around then it's worth trading for at $250-400 but if your looking to hold it that's a kind of deal that's going 50-50 chance either way (I figure there will be more to come of him decreasing the value but ya never know anymore).
