    Thanks!

One of several 50c listed. Just sent PCGS around 25 more nice rainbow 50c from 50's mint sets.

I love those aqua blues and pastel greens you find (occassionally!) on these mintset Franklins.
    Great coin!

Please don't interpret this comment as implying anything wrong with the coin or the seller. I've taken quite a few pictures of silver coins both toned and white using all kinds of lighting but I've never seen pictures like the one of this coin. The color comes through really well but so much of the coin is dark. Is it the angle of the lighting, filters, ???

  • Good questions. I use a high-end digital zoom 4.4 mega pixel camera with a neutral light forward flash and natural light back flash. Each coin is usually imaged 30-40 times to get the luster and color as the human eye would see it. No enhancements via software are employed at all.

Thanks for the feedback TBT. Do you know what it is about the set that cause the dark overall look of the images? Just curious. I like the way your set-up brings out the color I just don't like the darkness of the other areas. Maybe it's an unavoidable trade-off.
