Kind of how Avril Lavigne claims to be 'punk'...LMAO! Yeah right! She's no where NEAR being a punk. Now, I agree on you that Jerry Cantrell kicks ass! I seen him live in Atlanta about 2 months ago and he ROCKED! He played all the old Alice In Chains tunes...was awesome.

Trust me, I'm not saying all main stream stuff is bad because I admit, I do like some of it. But, it's the fact that when posers come out...it makes everyone want to be like that and makes them listen to their bologna. Mainstream is manufactured crap when half the bands don't even write their on songs. Yeah, Avril might write her on songs...but it's the same old sh*t...about boys. Who gives a fu^k?! Be original...be like The White Stripes who are original. Avril doesn't even play guitar for christs sake! gimme a break!
