Yes, Stuart. Same grade "upgrades" come about as often as grade-to-grade upgrades, and are sometimes even more welcome.
BTWs, and most the other commems, as I'm sure you feel concerning your specialties, are so fun for me, that I'd always be involved in some way. Just picked up a "Shepherd" commem today. It happend to be one grade up, but I'd even have taken it if it was a same-grade improvement.
I'm going on too long - too much fun in the endzone, 15 yds.

Steve: CONGRATULATIONS on assembling a perfect set!! On a set of classic mint state coins containing 18 coins in the set or more, I really can not recall ever seeing anyone able to accomplish that task in the Registry!! Maybe it was done before, but I don't recall seeing that.
