how is ICG's grading do they net grade and just say VF-25 or do they give it a grade and say AU-50 damaged/chopmarks, also is their grading accurate?
ANACS: Net grade
PCI: Red Label
SEGS: Net out the grade too.
I'd go with SEGS as they will list on the holder the chopmark they don't use offensive red line labels or "NET" grades.

It's known as a test mark. Test marks are holes or cuts to see if the coin is plated.
i now know this because of "shirohniichan" the almighty trade dollar expert
Does Red exist with the gold label???

I have had ANACS slab a counterstamped Central America 4 Escudo (the counterstamp was from Costa Rica). They listed the coin without a net grade and not as Central America, but Costa Rica.. I had to call them and talk to the grader, but they had me send it back (at no charge) and they slabbed it.
