It is great to see so many new faces here lately!

When you consider that the Registry Forum only had two hangings, a shooting, three stabbings,
two muggings and 654 name callings, it was a pretty quiet week for us. It truly is good though,
to see all the new names on line, our fame and glory must be spreading to the normal world. Bearimage

Yes. Summer doldrum. The brisk fall will get the rioters and looters back out here.

Cladking - I type with my two front paws. It makes it very difficult to hit the right keys all the time
but I try very, very hard. What do you type with?

Steve - I might if there was food involved. A bowel of blueberries and cream would be nice. Bear

Leave it to a bear to desire a "bowel" full of berries!

Eew, that sounds gross. You might be interested to know that most bears, like humans,
are omniverous. as for myself, I am switching from meat , to textured soy protein.
Of course I will still be eating my roots, berries and pine cones with my vegeburgers.

    Bear,

You need to have a family meeting to discuss the etiquette of removing food from locked cars. I was in Canada last Sept., at an off the road lake, and a black bear tried to get into the trunk of a cougar owned by an 80 year old woman. He knocked the driver's side mirror off and tore the spoiler completely off the trunk.

That same night he came wandering by my window, scaring the crapola out of me. He was obviously hungry. Had he politely knocked, and asked for something to eat, I would have gladly shared a hotdog with him. And possibly a poptart for desert. image

    Edited to add:

I forgot to mention the 80 year old woman had a basket of apples in her trunk. It was late when she got back to her cottage that night, so she didn't removing them.

She lives in Ohio, not too far from me. I guess becuase we don't have bear problems around here, it was an out of the ordinary claim for her auto insurer.

DAM - be thankful he didn't mistake your car as a poptart! Crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside! image

I guess it would be helpful if I learned the difference between Bowl and bowel.
    Sorry about that image Bear

  • Bear.....the "public" might not like to know what is in your "bowels". That was a good one......I still laugh when I think about it.......
