What do you think about Heritage's service after eBay Live New York auction?

Reason I'm asking I was leaving feedback and saw someone had left them a neg for <<<AVOID! Terrible service, Won't return email or tel, 3 wks to get a bad coin>>> and another <<<items not shipped promptly; some employees neither pleasant or helpful.>>> This was about 3 weeks after the lots were won.
I'm thinking heck I hadn't even paid them yet after 3 weeks. My little deal went like this: Won coin. I didn't worry about it or do anything. About 1 week later Heritage emails me to tell me I won a lot & would get an invoice so I could pay. About 1 week after that I get invoice. About 1 week after that I mail them a check. About 1 week after that I get my coin.
Total time: About 5 weeks from bid to mailbox. Not warp speed but I thought it was reasonable. Seems like they were a little slow sorting out who won what but when they got the $$ I got the coin. Got a nice Prf 66 Lib Nick that my picky critical self was actually happy with. Cost me an arm & leg but it was an overall pleasant experience.
How did you guys do?

About a week got the invoice, called up and paid it.
About two day's later got a e-mail saying my payment was overdue. E-mailed asking what they meant got a response saying if I payed then then don't worry about it.
About five day's later got a e-mail saying my payment was overdue.
Called them up and told them I payed the person said yes they have it.
A week later the coin arrived. I like the coin so worth the hassle.
